Zhenjiang hualian brushes making CO. LTD is a professional paint tools manufacturer located at Zhenjiang, Jiangsu, China. With coverage of 45,000 square meters. We are one of the biggest paint tools manufacturers in Mainland China. Mainly produces are Paint Brush, paint roller, Roller Frame, artist brush, round brush, wire brush, tooth brush, domestic brush, wall brushes, shoe brushes and so on.
Since established in 1989, our factory has always paid attention to products quality and develops new models. At present, various specifications and styles can be supplied to meet our client’s needs. We also produce brush according to your sample or stick the products with client’s trademark. We keeps business with both domestic and overseas customers and enjoys a good reputation, because a strict Quality Control system makes sure we ships the best quality and most competitive price products to our customers.
Monthly production is 100,000 dozens for Roller Frames, 200,000 pieces for paint brushes. Lead-time for Roller Frames is 20 days, for Brushes is 35 days. (Based on a 40 feet container.)
As a professional brush manufacturer, we have our own plastic injection factory and aluminum casting factory, and we also have the mold shop and professional mold designer, so we can produce products according to our clients requirement very well, for example: plastic handle of brush and saw, aluminum components, we also have the ability to export the goods ourselves, this simplify the process of trade.
